Founder Malte Hüner
Malte Hüner comes originally from the logistics and food production industry, responsible for companies with high operational complexity and at times nearly 100 employees.
The challenges were often the same:

In 2023, Malte joined schlau DIGITAL as Automation Engineer, then took on the role of AI Transformation Specialist and technical leadership of the automation department.
It became increasingly clear: The future lies in specialised AI employees and agentic systems that collaborate autonomously and take over operational tasks.
