Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AVV)
As an AI employee service provider, Huener.net processes personal data on behalf of clients. Art. 28 GDPR requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between Huener.net (as data processor) and the respective client (as data controller).
Scope of Data Processing
The data processed depends on the specific AI employee deployment and is defined in the individual service agreement. Typical categories include:
- Contact data of end customers (name, email, phone)
- Communication content (emails, chat messages, form submissions)
- Appointment and scheduling data
- Document content relevant to the specific automation
Technical and Organisational Measures
Huener.net implements appropriate measures to ensure data security:
- Processing exclusively on European servers (Germany/EU)
- No data transfer to US-based AI systems
- Access controls and audit logging
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS)
- Regular security reviews
Sub-Processors
Huener.net may engage sub-processors (e.g. hosting providers, AI model providers in the EU). All sub-processors are bound by equivalent data protection obligations. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
